Technology has great potential to help deliver the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and can harness the benefits of advanced technologies for all.

In smart technology regulation also plays an important role. Regulations and incentives shape  the relations between the network of stakeholders including multiple consumers, producers and grid operators.

In regards to energy transition identifying challenges and solutions for the energy grids and markets of the future and technology developments for smart energy transfer and storage is an issue, but at the same time more than that since all the technologies often have to be embedded in a network.

Digital technology can help drive progress for all SDGs, and it might be essential to harness this potential to be able to reach the goals by 2030.

EOV partners has a wide range of expertise in this area e.g. within smart buildings, digitalization and robotics, AI and environmental monitoring.

We work with optimization through machine learning, big data, and  develop smart-technologies and sensors within several applied  areas like monitoring of energy resources (geothermal heat, co2, hydropower, oil and gas), sub surface and offshore sensor networks, road safety and flood warnings etc.
